The Greenspeed Anura is designed to be easy to ride. Rather than having a low seat like most tadpole trikes (2 wheels front, and 1 rear) and some deltas (1 wheel front, and two rear), the Anura seat is set at the same height as a kitchen chair, at 17" to 18" above the ground. With no cross bar or front axle in front of the seat mounting and dismounting is much easier than on most other trikes as well. The higher seat also gives more confidence in traffic, yet having the seat closer to the paired wheels than the single wheel gives more stability than one might expect.
The Hostel Shoppe Anura also has a quick adjust Chain Gobbler kit, which allows riders of differing leg lengths to ride it. You can easily adjust the trike without having to add or subtract chain links. The Chain Gobbler is $149.00.
The Anura’s high padded seat makes it easy to get on and off. Some riders feel more comfortable in traffic being higher up.
If desired, the Anura can easily be transformed into a tandem with the Greenspeed Anura Tandem Coupler.
Unlike most delta trikes, the Anura is two wheel drive which means better traction in harsher elements such as snow or gravel.
To make the Anura more stable and lessen brake steer, it was essential that each tyre be an equal part of the whole braking system - an important feature not found on any other delta.
