Our shipping/receiving department is open, and all orders placed online will continue to be processed as quickly as possible. If you need something right away, visit our website at www.hostelshoppe.com . If our website is out of something that you want, email us at info@hostelshoppe.com so we can order it, as there may be delays in ordering and our supply chain at this time.
Our website also offers In Store Pickup, and you can call us and specify curbside pickup or place orders over the phone, too.

Shopping Procedures
In accordance with the CDC Guidelines, Wisconsin and Portage County Guidelines, Hostel Shoppe is no longer requiring a mask for fully vaccinated persons indoors. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you please wear a mask for your safety and others safety in preventing the spread of Covid-19. We trust our customers to do the right thing. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, please feel free to do so. All of our employees will continue to wear masks when working with customers indoors.
For customers not wanting to shop in person, we also offer pick-up and delivery within 15 miles of the store for bike repairs and purchases and offer convenient on-line shopping at www.hostelshoppe.com. At check-out you can select Pick-Up in Store to avoid shipping fees and then let us know when you would like to have your order ready for in store or curbside pickup.
We are also continuing to provide hand sanitizer and masks, and will continue to clean touch points regularly.
