Our shipping/receiving department will stay open, so all orders placed online will continue to be processed as quickly as possible. That being said, we will have a much smaller staff, so items may not get shipped quite as fast as many of our regular customers are accustomed to. Again, we ask for your patience. Revised Hours & Shopping Procedures
We are currently operating under revised hours with reduced staff, but that may change as the situation evolves. Our sales floor is open with limited guests allowed in at a given time. Customers will be asked to remain in the parking lot until a staff member can assist you. All guests and staff must wear a mask to enter the store, if you do not have a mask one will be provided. Guests and staff will sanitize their hands prior to test riding bikes, which will be done outside, and maintain social distancing from one another (6 feet). We are also sanitizing bikes, door handles and other touch points. Please call ahead, so we can qualify your cycling needs prior to your visit and have as much prepared in advance as possible. If you do not have an appointment you may be asked to wait outside until a staff member is able to assist you. If you get sick, please call to reschedule your appointment. Repairs can be dropped off and picked up curbside at the Service entrance, or we are offering free delivery & pickup within 15 miles for sales & repairs. Currently our revised store hours are as follows:
12 pm to 6 pm Monday-Friday
10 am to 4 pm Saturday
