The Axiom Seymour Oceanweave Pannier Series offers features like ample storage, weather resistance, and easy off-bike carrying via handy top handles.  The panniers securely attach to the top of your rack via the heavy-duty Rixen & Kaul attachment system, and attach to the bottom of the rack via the Rixen & Kaul adjustable sliding clip.  Both are quick-release for easy portability.
