Shipping policy

All Parts and Accessory orders will be shipped either by USPS, UPS Ground, or SpeeDee Delivery Service, Inc. in select states, unless otherwise specified. USPS will ship either First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Select Ground depending on the size of your order. You will be sent tracking info, and while most shipments will arrive within one to seven business days, it may take longer. SpeeDee Delivery Service ships packages within one to two business days in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, plus to the following zip code pre-fixes in Missouri (630, 631, 633), Nebraska (680, 681, 683, 684, 685, 686, 687) and North Dakota (580, 581, 582, 584, 585). UPS will ship Ground depending on your area and can take one to seven business days. Hostel Shoppe is not liable for shipping times and errors. These are just estimates provided to us by the carrier.

All recumbent bikes and trikes will ship by common carrier freight truck (applies only to product where web sales are permitted). Any in stock parts and accessories that are ordered with the bike or trike will ship in the same box. If you require us to install them, installation charges may apply. Some items may not be able to be installed due to the limitations of packaging and in the interest of preventing shipping damage. Out of stock items or items that do not fit in the same package will ship separately and may incur additional shipping charges.
