Shipping and Delivery Information
All parts and accessory orders will be shipped either by USPS, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc. in select states, unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped from Hostel Shoppe Monday through Friday (CST) except on holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on weekdays, on holidays or on weekends will be put into the processing queue the next business day. Please allow up to three business days for order processing.
USPS ships by Ground Advantage and UPS ships by Ground. Spee-Dee Delivery Service ships packages by Ground within one to three business days in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, plus to select zip codes in Kansas (661-662), Michigan's Upper Peninsula (49801-02, 49858, 49938, 49870, 49876), Missouri (630-631, 633, 640-641), and Nebraska (69301, 69001, 68818, 69356, 69334, 68959, 69336, 69357, 68822, 69101, 68826, 69103, 69129, 69336, 69130, 69153, 69341, 69154, 69138, 69160, 68801-03, 69190, 68901-02, 69361, 38949, 69363, 68845, 69160, 68847-49, 69162, 69145, 69165. 68850, 680-681, 683-687).Â
Hostel Shoppe is not liable for shipping times and errors. Estimates are provided to us by the carriers, but these are NOT guaranteed delivery times. You will be sent tracking info for your package(s), and while most shipments will arrive within two to ten business days, it may take longer.
Bike and Trike Shipping
While most of the Trek and Specialized bikes we sell must be picked up in store, from time to time we can ship select upright bicycles. These ship via UPS Ground or SpeeDee. All information provided above applies to these shipments.
All recumbent bikes and trikes will ship by common carrier freight truck. Any in-stock parts and accessories that are ordered with the bike or trike will ship in the same box, provided they will fit in the box and not cause shipping damage. Some items, like auto racks for example, may need to ship separately and additional charges will apply. If you require us to install parts and accessories, installation charges may apply. Some items may not be able to be installed due to the limitations of packaging and in the interest of preventing shipping damage. Out of stock items will ship separately and may incur additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you regarding your order to discuss details.
