Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before tracking information is added to your order, and you'll receive a full refund. Once tracking has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process if needed. Why are taxes not included in the displayed prices?
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Please note that tax is also charged on shipping costs in some states.
Can I place a pre-order for out-of-stock items?

Can I place a special order for an item you don't have?
Yes! We are able to order many bikes, trikes, accessories and parts that we don't stock to help you design your dream bike or trike. Or, you may need a repair part that we don't have. Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to three business days for us to process your order for in stock items. Bike and trike orders may take longer to process due to a more complex packaging process. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
What carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, and SpeeDee Delivery for most parts and accessories. Bikes, trikes, and specialty items are shipped via appropriate carriers based on size and destination. Please note that Hostel Shoppe is not liable for carrier delays.
How long does shipping take?
For parts and accessories orders, typical delivery time is two to ten business days via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or SpeeDee Delivery depending on where you live. Bikes and trikes are shipped via common carrier freight truck, and delivery times may vary.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, in store pickup is available at our physical location at 3201 John Joanis Drive, Stevens Point, WI 54482. Please allow up to two business days for us to process your pickup. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
Why might my items arrive in separate packages?
If you order multiple items together and some are out of stock, we may ship available items first to get them to you faster. Out-of-stock items will be shipped separately once they become available.
Also, depending on what you order, two or more boxes may be needed to accommodate the items you ordered based on their size.
How do you ship bikes and trikes?
Bikes and trikes are shipped via common carrier freight truck. Some bikes can be shipped by UPS Ground or Freight. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, non-defective apparel, parts, and accessories. Items must be returned with all original parts, packaging, and tags intact. Pre-orders and clearance items are NOT returnable. View our Return Policy page.

Bikes and trikes have a 2-week return window and are subject to a 15% rental/demo fee (contiguous US only). View our Return Policy page.
