Custom welded aluminum rear rack designed specifically for the HP Velotechnik Scorpion Plus 20 (20 inch rear wheel).  Integrated design will not interfere with the rear suspension action.

• Can mount a pair of Panniers and a top Trunk
• Reflector and pivot screws included
• Holds up to 55 lbs

Note: Large diameter rack tubing may require oversized pannier clamps
