Attention Non-Local Customers:
Per our dealer agreement with Specialized, we are currently not able to ship Specialized Bicycles directly to your door. We may, however, in some instances, ship them to your preferred bike shop. This ensures that the bikes are reassembled properly and maintains the product’s full warranty. If you would like to still order a bike to be shipped, please give us a call at 800-233-4340 or e-mail us at info@hostelshoppe.com. Please have the address of the bike shop you would like us to ship the bicycle to. Below are our ground shipping rates within the lower 48 states of the United States. Please be aware that many bike shops do have a re-assembly fee of their own. Call your bike shop to determine their rate, prior to shipping. Failure to confirm this information prior to ordering does not qualify as an authorized cancellation request.
We are happy to assist all shoppers in finding their dream bike, but we also encourage people to support their local bike shop. Be sure to use the www.specialized.com “Find Nearby” feature to see if any dealers in your area have the bike you are looking for in stock. You can also order any current model bike from Specialized.com to be drop-shipped to your local dealer if they do not have it in stock using their “Click and Collect” feature. This feature sends your bike order directly to your local bike shop for them to assemble. Your bike shop will then give you a call once the bike is built and ready to go!
We are not shipping Salsa Cycles at this time, due to lack of availability.
