I had two children in NICA, and they have made sure they would fix the bikes before the next race, no matter the time crunch. This has meant the managers have taken time out of their duties to help the mechanics to ensure the work was done. One time my son’s bike was waiting for a part to come and we had a bike trip planned. One manager actually borrowed him a bike to use so he could go. (The bike was one of his personal bikes.) This store is the definition of community. They have integrity with excellent community service and support of the community."
