Axiom Seymour Oceanweave P25 Pannier Set

The Axiom Seymour Oceanweave Pannier Series offers features like ample storage, weather resistance, and easy off-bike carrying via a handy top handle.  The P25 Panniers are connected together at the top, and just set on top of your rack like a pair of saddlebags.  The panniers securely attach to the top of your rack via built-in velcro straps, and attach to the bottom of the rack via s-hooks to prevent swaying.
