Secure On-Line Ordering

Take advantage of the easy and secure online ordering our website offers. Select products will only be available by In-Store Pickup at checkout due to our dealer agreements with these companies.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and International Order

Some items may be available to order on our website and shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and select countries.  Not all items can be shipped to these locations.  If you have questions, please call us at 800-233-4340.

HOSTEL SHOPPE GIFT CARDS

Gift CardHostel Shoppe's gift cards make a perfect gift. Gift cards purchased off the website can not be used in-store. Digital gift cards will be e-mailed to you after placing your order. Click here to order your digital gift card!

Physical gift cards can be purchased in-store or over the phone. These physical gift cards can only be redeemed in-store. Physical gift cards are shipped by USPS First Class Mail for $1.00.

BACKORDERS

Backorder IconFor your protection we do not retain credit card numbers. If Hostel Shoppe is out of an item, you have ordered, we will handle it one of three ways. You will be notified.

  • Your credit card will be charged for the full amount and your order will be held until we can ship it complete. ONE SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE
  • If any items you have ordered are out of stock, Hostel Shoppe will deduct the items from your order, adjust the shipping and handling charge based on the order value and ship what is available. ONE SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE
  • If you want an out of stock item, from a multiple piece order, to ship when it becomes available you will be charged two shipping & handling fees. One shipping and handling charge will be for the items that are available and one shipping and handling charge will be for the items that are out of stock. Both shipping and handling charges will be based on the value of the item or items we are shipping. TWO SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

DELIVERY OPTIONS

All Parts and Accessory orders will be shipped either by USPS, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc. in select states, unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped from Hostel Shoppe Monday through Friday 10 AM through 2 PM  Central Standard Time.  Orders placed after 2 PM on weekdays, holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.  USPS will ship either First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Select Ground, depending on the size of your order. You will be sent tracking info, and while most shipments will arrive within one to seven business days, it may take longer. Spee-Dee Delivery Service ships packages within one to two business days in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, plus to the following zip code pre-fixes in Missouri (630, 631, 633), Nebraska (680, 681, 683, 684, 685, 686, 687) and North Dakota (580, 581, 582, 584, 585). UPS Ground can take one to seven business days. Hostel Shoppe is not liable for shipping times and errors. These are just estimates provided to us by the carrier.

All recumbent bikes and trikes will ship by common carrier freight truck (applies only to product where web sales are permitted). Any in stock parts and accessories that are ordered with the bike or trike will ship in the same box. If you require us to install them, installation charges may apply. Some items may not be able to be installed due to the limitations of packaging and in the interest of preventing shipping damage. Out of stock items or items that do not fit in the same package will ship separately and may incur additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you regarding your order to discuss details.

While we strive to do our very best, Hostel Shoppe does not guarantee complete accuracy in photos, descriptions and pricing, due to the huge volume of product on our site.  We are human and occasionally specs and prices change without our knowledge from manufacturers and we also make mistakes, too.
