ICE Chainring Guard

Designed for the ICE standard models this optional chain ring guard is a light weight and durable unit made from heat treated Aluminum Alloy. The guard is an added safety feature but is also very good in preventing you from accidentally brushing against the oily chain rings and avoiding the recumbent rider tell tale prints on your legs or trousers.

The guard fits without removing the chain set by clamping the guard to the bottom bracket shell. A chain ring of up to 58t can be used. You need to have 1/2" of bottom bracket shell available between the derailleur mast welds and the crank in order to clamp this on. Fits approximately a 43.65mm outside diameter bottom bracket shell.
