ICE 700c (622mm) Rear Mudguard

The rear black plastic mudguards are made by SKS. They are lightweight and adjustable for larger tire clearance (will fit up to 2” (50mm) Schwalbe Big Apples). The rear mudguard does not limit the folding function of the trike. It has been designed to allow the use of the optional rear disc brake and is adjustable for big or small tires.

We supply as much installation information that we can when you purchase fenders from us. You will receive either the manufacturers installation guide or our generic fender installation guide.

Fenders can be tricky to install and may require some level of customization depending on the brand. While some fenders come with instructions from the factory, it may be difficult for a layperson to install if they don't have the mechanical know-how or tools.  Download a PDF file of our generic fender instructions to get a better idea of what it may entail.  Or, watch our YouTube video on how to install a rear fender on an HP Velotechnik trike. You may want to visit the Hostel Shoppe to have the fenders installed (installation is half-price when you buy the fenders from us) or take them to your local bike shop for installation.
