Schlumpf Steel Cone .5mm For Aluminum Frame

The Schlumpf Steel Cone Ring for Schlumpf Drive Units is for use on aluminum frames and prevents the Schlumpf drive from slipping in the bottom bracket. One ring is needed between the frame and drive unit except on Mountain Drive units with a torque arm. Using a steel cone ring on aluminum frame material gives you better friction and less chance of the gear unit slipping in the frame.
