The ICE Middle Handlebar with Teeth replaces your middle handlebar section on older trikes, so you can upgrade to the new ICE 2018-present clamping handlebars. The Handlebar Locater Clamps (sold separately - two are required) are also needed to complete this upgrade.  You will be able to fold your handlebars down and back up to the same exact location.
