ICE frames are designed to respond to the forces of the rider and road. Every element of the Full Fat frame has been engineered to complement the other, giving ICE trikes their famed riding characteristics.  Each frame is made from the finest aircraft-grade heat-treated 4130 Chromoly steel and 7005 T6 heat-treated aluminium. Chromoly steel is used in the center frame cruciform section for the perfect combination of strength, fatigue resistance and vibration absorption. Aluminium is used in the rear frame and front boom because it is strong, lightweight and absorbs dynamic forces while ensuring maximum power transfer.  All frames are powder-coated for a beautiful durable showroom finish, while other components are anodized for durability.

The ICE Full Fat is built on an optimized ICE frame featuring Compact Flat Twist Fold, Rider Positioning System and wide range gearing.

The Full Fat is available exclusively with the Shimano STEPS EP801 E-Assist motor system.  The EP801 system is beautifully integrated into the trike. It uses a powerful 250w electric motor, custom-designed ICE specific forged motor housing, 85Nm torque, 630Wh battery, custom display mount and Bluetooth connectivity. The EP801 system is more powerful, lighter in weight, and is more user-controllable than other Shimano STEPS systems. The EP801 system combined with the larger battery gives the Full Fat all the power and torque it needs to get out there and explore the great outdoors.

The easy to read color 1.6 (inch) LCD display is protected by a custom made protective housing and has a clear and intuitive interface, loaded with functionality. Readable in bright sunshine, compact, fully weather resistant and durable. Bluetooth technology lets you adjust modes and setting of your ride from your smartphone. The computer will keep you up to date with all the information you need throughout your ride.
